SAUCE
2 onions chopped
5 buds of garlic
2 cans (15oz) tomato sauce
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 small can mushrooms
1 can(14 oz.) beef broth
½ cup sugar

MEATBALLS
1 ½ lbs. ground meat
Salt and pepper (pinch)
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
Water to soften

1 ½ lbs. ground meat

SAUCE
In pot: put ¼ cup of canola oil, ¼ cup of flour. Make a roux.
Add onions, garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce + water (3 cans), mushrooms, and beef broth.
Let it come to a boil. Simmer for two hours.

MEATBALLS
Mix together and make meatballs. Bake until brown (20 minutes or so). Add to sauce.
