1 pkg Oriental flavor ramen noodles
1/2-1 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 cup sesame oil
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar or Splenda
1 pkg chopped coleslaw mix
6 green onions, sliced
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble ramen noodles (I put them in a ziplock bag and crush w/a mallet).
Put crushed noodles, in a dry skillet & toast over medium heat. Add almonds & sesame seeds & toast until fragrant. Allow to cool. Whisk reserved seasoning packet, oil, vinegar, & sugar. Combine cabbage & green onions. Toss everything together
