1 lb. Spinach
1 large Romaine or Bib lettuce
1 pt. Strawberries sliced
½ - 1 cup Pecan halves roasted (or use the almonds bagged as salad toppings)
1 – 2 Tbsp. fresh shallots or chives chopped


Dressing
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toss greens, strawberries, pecans, and shallots in a large bowl. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss.
