4 cubed steaks
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper

pour flour onto shallow plate and press both sides of steaks into flour, shake off excess

heat oil in skillet with lid, over medium heat

place steaks in oil and cook till golden brown on both sides (5 minutes per side

pour water into skillet to almost cover steaks, stir in bouillon, bring to a boil, reduce to medium, cover and simmer for 2 hours
