1 whole chicken, cut up chicken breast or thighs, skin off or on
garlic powder to taste
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
Directions:
Directions:
In pan place chicken skin side down, sprinkle garlic powder on chicken along with pepper.
Pour dressing over chicken, cover and bake at 375 to 400º F for 1 hour.
Turn chicken twice during cooking so that chicken will brown.
