1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. orange juice (use drained mandarin orange juice)
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can mandarin oranges

Frosting

1 small pkg. of instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small cool whip

Pre-heat oven 350º
Drain oranges. Save juice. Cream cake mix, butter, vanilla and juice. Add eggs 1 at a time beating each well into batter. Beat for 4 minutes. Add oranges to batter, beat well. Pour into a 13x9 greased & floured pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool & Frost.

Drain pineapple juice, add juice to pudding. Beat until mix starts to thicken, add powdered sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well, spread on cooled cake.
