2 Tbs. Corn Syrup
1 stick of butter
1 loaf of french bread minus crust
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp grand marnier
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan combine syrup, butter and brown sugar. Simmer until syrupy. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan greased.
Slice the bread into thick slices and place in syrup.
whisk eggs, half and half, vanilla, grand marn. and salt. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In morning leave at room temperature while oven preheats. 350 degrees uncovered for 45 mins.
