Ingredients:  
1 medium large head lettuce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup green peppers chopped finely
1 cup green onion chopped finely
1 - 10 oz. package frozen green peas uncooked

Dressing
2 cups miracle whip salad dressing (full fat) (low fat makes it runny)
approx. 1/2 cup milk
3 tblsp sugar

Topping
1 pound grated cheese
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled for bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce, spread half of it in a 9 x 13 pan. Reserve the rest
Layer the celery, pepper, onion, and peas in that order on top of the lettuce.
Top that with a second layer of shredded lettuce (that you reserved)
Mix dressing--salad dressing, milk, and sugar, and spread evenly over the top of salad.
Top with grated cheese and bacon bits.
Refridgerate 12 hrs. before serving.
