8 oz olive oil
1 large cauliflower cut into small pieces
2 cans ripe olives, chopped
16 oz jar green olives, chopped
two 12 oz jars pickled onions, chopped
two 10 oz jars mushrooms, stems and pieces
2 large green peppers, chopped
two 4 oz pimento, chopped
four 15 oz bottles ketchup
15 oz Hienz hot ketchup
48 oz dill pickles, chopped
three 10 oz tins solid white tuna, break up
three 10 oz , small cans, shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Cook olive oil, cauliflower, olives, pickled onions until cauliflower is done, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, green peppers, pimmento, ketchup, pickles. Simmer 10 min. Pour boiling water over tuna, shrimp to rinse. Add the tuna and shrimp to the vegetable mixture. Put in hot jars and seal.

Heat jars and can with everything hot "same as with dill pickles"
Makes 13-14 pints.
