Crust and Topping:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Filling:
2 egg whites - room temp
1 c. sugar
1 pkg frozen strawberries (10-16 oz)
1 TBSP lemon juice
8 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust and Topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 min, stirring often. Cool.

Filling: Beat 2 egg whites at room temp. While beating, slowly add sugar. Add strawberries and lemon juice. Beat until fluffy about 10 minutes. Fold in cool whip.

Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Half of crumb mixture in bottom. Add all of filling. Other half of crumb mixture on top. Top with whole strawberries. Place in freezer, take out 20 min prior to serving.
