3 lb cabbage sliced thin
1 qrt evaporated milk
2 heaping TBSP dry mustard
1 tea cup vinegar
stir 2 egg yolks
1 tea cup sugar
1 cup flour
3 TBSP butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cabbage and put into ice box. Cook rest of ingredients with 3 TBSP butter in double boiler until smooth and scalding hot.
Pour sauce over cold slaw and put in ice box for 12 hours.
Last add 1 pint can shredded pineapple, return to ice box until ready to serve.
