2 eggs beaten
1/4 c honey
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 c plus 1 T Kahlua
1/2 c cream whipped

Directions:
Pour first 4 ingredients into saucepan Cook over low heat stiring constantly, until mixture coats back of spoon. Cool, fold into whipped cream- Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 21/2 cups.
