1 cup wild rice (soak over night)
1 onion
2 sausages
giblets cut up
1 tsp celery seed
salt and pepper
almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in double boiler until done. Fry onion in butter. Add sausages, giblets and celery seed. Add salt, pepper and almonds. Fry for a moment. Stuff into chickens or cover and bake in oven.
