8 to 10 eggs
3 T. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T. butter or margarine
1 can of buttermilk biscuits (8 to 10)
10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat the eggs Add milk, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet; add the egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until the eggs are set. Remove from heat and set aside. Roll each biscuit into a 5 inch circle. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Spoon egg mixture evenly over crusts. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Yield: 10 pizzas.

This is really good for kids and adults! You could even deviate from the bacon and put in sausage or ham. Mix up the cheeses! For fun, have everyone do their own. You can put just about anything on them and they are oh, so delicious!
