Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Cut into bite size pieces. In a soufflé like dish (I use a cake pan) (spray with non stick spray) layer the bread, sausage and cheese. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard. Pour over casserole and let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Serve immediately.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I received this recipe from Georgia Fine. I worked with her at the bank. She was a wonderful mentor to me. I have used this recipe for many family breakfasts over the years. When the guys used to hunt I would always send this with them.

Over the years I have added more eggs to the recipe, usually 8 eggs in total. It just seems to make a lighter breakfast.
