(2) 14 ounce cans artichoke hearts chopped
(2) 4 ounce cans sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
black pepper to taste
