1 12 ounce bag of fresh cranberries
1 large apple peeled, cored, and chopped
1 cup dried golden raisins
¾ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
1 tsp cinnamon ( I like using Saigon cinnamon)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except the vinegar in a saucepan and stir to combine. While stirring, bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower the heat and simmer until it thickens (about 5 min). Remove from the heat and add the vinegar and stir. Spoon into a heat resistant container and allow to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate tightly covered.
