3 medium or one large zucchini.
2 T butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 chopped celery
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground oregano
pepper to taste
2 c corn flakes, crushed to 1/2 c crumbs
1 c grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350º.

Cut zucchini in half, lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Discard. Scoop out zucchini flesh, being careful not to break shells. Place shells in well greased baking pan. Coarsely chop zucchini centers.

Melt butter in a pan. Add onion and garlic and fry until tender. Add tomato, chopped zucchini, salt, worchestershire, oregano and pepper. Cook until almost tender. Stir in corn flakes crumbs. Mix well. Remove from heat and stir in grated cheese. Put mixture into zucchini shells. Baked 20-25 min or until hot and bubbly.
