6 large very ripe bananas (if small bananas use 7), mashed
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
5½ cups flour
1½ cups milk
1½ tsp. soda
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in order that is given. Pour into three pans that have been sprayed with Pam or greased. Bake for one hour in a 375º oven. Tip pans on side until cool and then take out bread. (Grandma Cindy says ripe bananas keep well in the freezer until you have enough to make banana bread)
