Ingredients:  
Cut up carrots, celery, onion & potatoes as desired
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
3/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. lean stewing beef, cubed
1 - 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 - 14 oz. can beef broth

1. Add ingredients & mix in crockpot
2. Add 1/4 c. flour & 1/2 c. water mixed together
3. Pour into stew to thicken
4. Cook in crockpot on low for 8-9 hours
