1-28 oz. can dark kidney beans
2 lb. lean ground beef
1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions & garlic in oil
2. Drain onions on paper towel to remove grease
3. Add beef to brown
4. Drain beef on paper towel to remove excess grease
5. Add 1/4 c. water & other ingredients
6. Cover & simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently
