After chicken or turkey is cooked, drain off all but 1/4c. of the grease, add water and pour into a small saucepan. Add a chicken bouillon cube. Bring to a boil. Mix about 3 Tbs. flour (Wondra is preferred) and water in a cup until there are no lumps. Pour into simmering broth until desired thickness. Add a small amount of gravy browning and stir.
