1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. (small) instant lemon pudding
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
½ cup cooking oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, pudding, poppy seed, oil, water and eggs as you would a cake mix (or I like a little heavier consistency to bread and I put the oil, water and eggs in a blender and blend). Then add to the cake mix and pudding by hand. If there are a few small lumps, that’s ok. I add the poppy seed last. Bake 350º for 35 minutes.
