2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce
3/4 cup water
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 pounds lean ground beef
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, ketchup, water, and onion soup mix; mix well. Add bread crumbs and beef; mix well. Shape into loaf and place in a shallow pan or loaf pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

Mom made this for us every now and then when we were kids and I loved it. I make it for my kids now and they all love it too. The recipe can easily be cut in half too.
