1 can of beer preferably flat
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
Pinch of salt
Dash of garlic powder

Oil to deep fry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients (beer, egg, flour, salt and baking powder) together to make a thin batter. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt and garlic powder. Wash fillets and pat dry with paper towel. Roll in flour mixture, dip fillet in batter and deep fry until golden brown.
