1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 garlic clove pressed
1 - 14 oz. can of artichoke drained & chopped
1 pk. 8 oz. mock crab, chopped
¾ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup thinly chopped green onion
1 lemon squeezed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

Mix all together and bake @ 350º for 25-30 minutes, serve with crackers or pita bread wedges.
