2 Ripe Red Pears
Gruyere Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Ripen Red Pears until they are soft
Cut Pears in half lengthwise
Core and remove stem from Pears
Place core side Pear down on flat cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Remove from Oven and flip Pears over
Cut 1 slice of Gruyere Cheese per half Pear and place in center of each pear
Bake until cheese is melted
Garnish with 3 Raspberries and serve
