24 lbs Beef(ground)
24 lbs Pork(ground)
11/2 c quick cure
12 tsp coriander
8 tsp nutmeg
6 tsp garlic powder
6-9 tsp black pepper
3 quarts(31/2 Liters) water(to make meat mushy consistency)
Sausage casings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together you beef and pork in large container. Mix all spices and water together, then mix with your meat. Mix well. Stuff your casings and freeze.

This is Grandpa Conrad and Grandma Irene Degenhardt's sausage recipe. Cook meat for 45min-1 hour in oven or BBQ. You can smoke meat in smoker if you wish.
