1 lb fish (haddock preferred), washed, dried, deboned

Stuffing:

1 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
dash of paprika
½ tsp onion powder or onion juice
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place one layer of fish in a greased loaf pan
Spread with the stuffing
Cover with the remaining fish

Brush with 1 Tbsp cream
Sprinkle with 1 ½ Tbsp dried bread crumbs

Bake at 425 - 450 for 20 - 30 minutes
Test for flakiness with a fork
