1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
one egg yolk
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
one egg white
ground nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter together and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks
Add flour and cinnamon and blend thoroughly chilled though roll pieces of Dough into 1 inch balls place on ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart press add paperthin with a floured spatula brush tops with egg white and sprinkle with nuts
