As many squirrels as Rudy can capture
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Oil for frying

Directions:
**Used frequently by Grandpa after years of feeding squirrels, letting them get fat and happy, and finally having them chew up his garden hoses and other house structures!**
Wipe dressed squirrel with damp cloth and cut in pieces for serving. Disjoint legs at body and second joints: split down center back through breast and cut each half in two pieces. Dip pieces into flour seasoned with salt and pepper; brown in hot fat. Reduce heat and cook until tender ~ 1 hour. Tastes like chicken!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Really? Grandpa wanted to fry those squirrels, but he would never have had the heart to do it - he loved his squirrels - and has the garden hoses to prove it.
