1 ½ lbs meat – cut for stew
Flour, salt and pepper, mixed for dredging meat
6 carrots - cubed
6 potatoes - cubed
1 chopped onion
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour. Brown in oil over med-high heat. Place meat and vegetables into crock pot. Slowly add beer to pkg of gravy mix and add to crock pot. Cover and cook at low heat for 5 hours. Season to taste.
