This is double the recipe 4 1/2cups flour
three new 3rd cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cup shortening
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
six eggs
2 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
and if you like chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350° grease and flour baking pan 13 x 9 x 2" or 29 inch or 38 inch round liar pants measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl blend a half a minute on no scraping bolt consistently beat three minutes high-speed scraping mall occasionally pour into pan's bake bake oblong 45 to 50 minutes layers 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean take a get out of the oven and let cool
