1 small head red cabbage - thinly sliced
1 t salt
1 8 oz package blue cheese
1 bottle red wine vinaigrette dressing (16 oz)
1 lb bacon fried crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch sliced cabbage in a large pot of boiling salted water. Cool blanched cabbage by immersing in a bowl of ice water. Thoroughly drain. Add rest of ingredients and toss well.
