Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1/2 cup plus 2 T chopped pecans divided 1 stick butter softened 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 cup powdered sugar 8 oz cool whip thawed 2 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix 2 2/3 cup milk lemon zest from one lemon

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 375 Combine flour, 1/2 cup pecans and butter in medium bow and mix well. Press onto bottom of 11x8 pan ( i use my Pyrex 9 by 13 but sometimes we have a smaller casserole pan that can be used ) Bake til lightly brown about 15 min. Cool Mix with mixer cream cheese til fluffy. Add powdered sugar and beat til light and fluffy. Fold in 1 cup of the cool whip and spread over crust. Combine pudding mixes and milk, I add zest here. Spread on top of cream cheese cool whip mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle w 2 T chopped pecans. Cover and chill an hour or more.
