1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can (11.5 oz ) mixed nuts, I add handful of cashews extra
1 cup chow mein noodles
Kosher Salt to lightly sprinkle on top!

Line cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper or silpat. Spray with nonstick spray.
In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, corn syrup and both peppers. Cook 4 to 5 min stirring often. Sugar will melt and glaze begins to thicken.
Remove from heat stir in nuts and chow mien noodles. Immediately drop 2 T onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle w salt, Allow to cool
