1 26 oz can enchilada sauce
2 cups water
1 pkg Lipton’s Onion soup
1 8 oz can tomato paste
2 beef bouillon cubes
2-4 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. oregano
1 ½ lbs. browned hamburger
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Chopped olives
1 dozen soft burrito size tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
Dip tortilla shells in the sauce. Fill with beef or chicken, olives, and cheese. Place in pan and cover with remaining sauce and more cheese if desired. Bake at 350ᴼ for 15 minutes or until hot. If freezing for later, do not bake.
