3 mashed cloves of garlic
1 cup soy sauce
½ Tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup dry white wine
additional water as needed

Directions:

Mix together and marinate meat for 2 to 12 hours; fish and chicken for 1 to 2 hours. Grill.
