7 tea bags
2 cups sugar
2 6 oz. cans frozen orange juice concentrate
2 6 oz. cans frozen lemonade concentrate
Enough water to finish to 1 gallon
Springs of fresh mint.

Directions:

Brew tea.
Stir sugar into tea until it dissolves
Add remaining ingredients.

You may add any juices you like, pineapple, peach, pear, apricot.
If these additional juices are sweetened, cut down on the amount of sugar that you add.

I was the "fruit tea maker" while at Public Health for all of our parties. It is really good with pineapple juice. This recipe comes from Miss Daisy's Tea Room which was very popular in Franklin in the 70's. Miss Daisy's later became Choices.
