Baccala
Cook fish 20 minutes boiling rinse in cold water five minutes slowly
mix 2 cups of flour with water
Pinch salt and pepper
break up fish and stir

Bean sauce
Red kidney beans drained and rinsed and filled with water
onions
peppers
potatoes diced real small
tomato sauce
seasoning

Make Oil real hot
Make patties out of the fish and fried them in real hot oil and serve with the red bean sauce
