"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
This was a recipe from a gal (Tara Bachmeier) from Mark's work at DGC. He came home one day & said you should make this hot dish that they make at work. Well, I had never heard of it, so I went to the internet (FB) and asked one of my recipe sites how to make this dish that Mark was trying to explain to me. And low & behold I got an answer from one of the gals at his work that works in the kitchen & she gave me this recipe. Sometimes, it really is a small world. I was thankful she gave me recipe!
The first time I made it I saw that all the cream had soaked into the noodles & it just didn't look right to me & Mark wasn't home to ask what it is suppose to look like, so I took more cream & poured it over the dish again. So, when Mark got home I was so excited to show him that I made the dish he was hungry for. When he looked at it, with the cream covering the dish still even after cooked, he said nicely, "it doesn't look like it is suppose to", I said, "well what is it suppose to look like?" He explained that the cream is suppose to be soaked into the whole dish! Oh, I see now, I said! So, it was actually right the 1st time. He said it is suppose to kinda look like lasagna! So, we just sucked out the extra cream that I added with a turkey baster & ate it!
