2 teaspoons of cinnamon
5 tablespoons of sugar sprinkle over apples
and leave aside
Four eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup cooking oil
quarter cup orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder

Bake at 3:50 degrees one hour 10 minutes and check I like putting them into big cupcake pans and they usually bake for about 30 minutes if in the cupcake pans you'll get 24 big pieces of cake

This was my mother's favorite cake of all to make any charities or any events she always made this cake so I hope whoever gets this recipe will continue to carry down a legacy thanks
