3 cups warm water
8 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 Tbsp. yeast (fermipan) (fast acting)
2 eggs
7-8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl whip eggs, sugar, oil & water. Mix 4 cups flour with the yeast. Mix flour with the added yeast to the liquid, mix well, and then add the rest of the flour. Let rise 15 minutes and then punch down and let rise 15 minutes again and then punch down and form into buns. Put buns in pans and let raise one hour (cover them) watch them they may raise faster. Prick holes in buns. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes
When taking out of oven grease the top of each bun with butter. Let cool & put in bags. Makes 3-4 dz. buns.

This recipe is a great recipe even for the 1st timer's of making buns. It is super easy! When we were at Tammy's one of the time's we started making buns and had such a good time, I think we made 3 different batches, & everyone was pitching in. We had a great time with the whole family!
