6 green peppers
1 lb of ground turkey
1 cup of bread crumbs
3 grated carrots
1 egg
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste

1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tops off the peppers and blanch them in hot water for 4-5 minutes. Place in a 13x9 pre greased dish.

Mix ground turkey breadcrumbs grated carrots and onions. When well combined add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic and beaten egg. Form meatballs. Place meatballs in each of the peppers. Place the extra meat balls in between peppers. Mix 1/4 cup of water with condensed tomato soup and pour over top of peppers. Pre heat oven to 350º . Cooked covered for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Take off foil and finish cooking 10 minutes.
