1 lb icing sugar
1 lb ground almonds
1 egg
2 tbsp lemon juice
Almond extract to taste

Directions:
Sift together icing sugar and almond flour. Mix egg, lemon juice and essence together. Add small amounts of liquid to the dry ingredients. Continue to add till marzipan is the right texture(like play dough). Keep in the fridge.
