1 c. (2 sticks) Butter
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 Egg
2 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 c. Additional Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
350º 10-12 min

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to butter/sugar mixture.
Form dough into small (1") balls. Roll in sugar.
Press down with bottom of a glass.

Let cool and enjoy with a large glass of milk!
