1 pkg croissant dough
1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage, (Any Flavor)

Directions:
Roll out croissant dough sealing the perforations. Use 3/4 of the sausage spread out on the dough covering 2/3 of the dough, lengthwise.
Roll dough and sausage from the sausage side making a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until hard. Remove from the plastic wrap and slice the roll in 1/2 " pieces.
To bake, place rolls on cookie sheet, (must have sides) and bake at 350º for about 10 minutes or until the sausage is cooked. Serve with mustard.
Note: I make several of these at once, adding different spies and herbs . I freeze them and then cook them whenever company appear out of nowhere!
