2 - 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 cup soft butter
2 eggs
4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter, add 1 1/2cups sugar gradually add cream until fluffy, add beaten eggs and mix. Add sifted dry ingredients gradually and mix. Chill in refrigerator. Mold dough into small balls using 1 Tbsp. for each ball, roll ball in mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet in preheated 400º F oven about 10 minutes. Store and hide from the family.
