2 chicken cutlets (pounded)
dash salt
dash pepper
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1/2 red pepper in strips (thin)
3/4 cup chicken broth
less than 1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter or oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add onion an peppers, sauté 3-4 minutes
Add flour, stir well for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and mustard that has been combined in measuring cup.
Cook until thickened.
