2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-Up
1/4 cup butter melted

Preheat oven 425º

I place my baking pan with 1/4 cup butter in oven and let it melt while I mix up dough

Cut in sour cream into Bisquick. Makes a VERY soft dough. Add 7-Up and mix.

Turn out onto lightly floured surface and pat out into square and cut your biscuits to fit pan. Place on top of melted butter.

I always double this recipe so I use a 9x13 pan

Bake for 10-12 minutes
